I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, which was a pleasant surprise, but being next to the Emergency Door led to a lot of noise from staff during the night. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Tatiana, but the dining options were not very varied or appetizing. The location was unbeatable for shopping and sightseeing, and the facilities were adequate.
